Planning and Development Department, Govt of GB is implementing its development project “Child Labour Survey-GBin collaboration with UNICEF Pakistan. The field survey has been planned to be commenced from September, 2018 and supposed to be completed within three months’ period. For the purpose application are invited from committed and suitable candidates of GB having relevant qualification and experience as narrated below.

Terms & Conditions: 
1.Candidates must possess extensive experience in survey data handling; preference will be given to those who have experience on surveys. 
2. Applicant must write the post, applying for, at the TOP, left corner, of the envelop 
3. The appointment will be on contract basis and purely temporary. 
4. Application received after due date will not be entertained 
5. Only Shortlisted candidates will be called for test/ interview 
6. No TA/ DA is admissible for test /interview 
7. Android Base Test will be followed by short interview at the divisional headquarters 
8. Only successful candidates from test/ interview will be called 
9. Designation will be assigned after selection and completion of successful training 
10. Candidate must apply only for their respective district (Domicile)

(Qualification & Requirements) 

The following criteria will be sued for shortlisting of the candidates:
a) Master level educational attainment in social or management science, business administration, economics, development studies, public administration, or any other relevant discipline.
b) At least 15 years’ experience at similar level, including management of donor funded rural development projects focusing on infrastructure development, policy reforms and agricultural value chain development;
c) Demonstrated experience in land administration, land titling, water policy and/or infrastructure planning;
d) Strong communication, team building and management skills; and,
e) Sound understanding of the context of GB, customary practices, policy environment and socio-economic dynamics.
The Upper Age Limit for the position is 55 years. This position will be filled on contract basis for 1 year extendable until end of project based on performance evaluation.
